PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The 12-story building was converted from condominium units into 52 high-end luxury rental units. Located at 133 Water Street in the DUMBO district (the artsy neighborhood named for its location "Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass") of New York, NY, it was completed in 2005.

As a reconstruction project, the building was gutted and renovated allowing for upgrades in the building envelope and cladding. WallShield was selected because of its unique performance capabilities in an open joint situation and its ability to address the varying climate demands found on the east coast.

The building has studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. They range from $2,700 a month for a one-bedroom to $6,500 for an upper floor, three-bedroom apartment.
