PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This high end residential project, developed by Matt Stevens of Stevens Development, used over 3,200 sq. ft. of WALLSHIELD® behind the Trespa panels and behind the stucco.  Stevens chose VaproShield's WALLSHIELD® because preventing mold and mildew was a priority since the residence is right on the ocean in Pacific Beach.  The salt spray and high moisture content (especially at night) have no adverse effect on either the Trespa Meteon panels or VaproShield breathable membranes.

Residence from the Southwest View.  This is the ocean front side of the home.  WALLSHIELD® was chosen for the building envelope for its extreme weather resistant properties and ability to prevent mold and mildew.
