PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Approximately 5000 sq.ft. of VaproShield WRAPSHIELDSA® SELF-ADHERED Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet was used on the mixed use building in downtown Toronto. The building includes retail and restaurant businesses.

The building is seeking LEED accreditation with the design orientated to maximize solar exposure to the south and minimize window opening to the north. It also includes overhangs and sun shades providing solar deflection.
