PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Over 10,000 sq.ft. of WRAPSHIELDSA® SELF-ADHERED Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet and WALLSHIELD® Water-Resistive Barrier Sheet were used on the $5.5M renovation and addition to the 30 year old performing arts center including 19,900 sq. ft. of new space and roof deck, and renovation of 18,800 sq. ft.

WALLSHIELD®, along with VaproFlashing Black, were used behind open-joint Trespa® TS-110. WallShield is the most air permeable weather resistant membrane in the industry. With a rating of 212 perms, WALLSHIELD® allows trapped interior moisture to escape, reducing he risk of mold, mildew and rot.

WRAPSHIELDSA® SELF-ADHERED was used over DenGlas® sheathing behind baffle-jointed metal panel system and masonry. WRAPSHIELDSA® SELF-ADHERED was chosen because it combines the best properties of a vapor permeable membrane (50 perms) and an air barrier in one innovative self-adhering product.
