Garden Street Lofts

The Garden Street Lofts is a century-old renovated warehouse with a modern zinc-clad addition resulting in Hoboken's only green, LEED Certified residence.

The development consisted of the renovation and conversion of a five-story, 35,400 sq.ft. former coconut warehouse, originally constructed in 1911 into luxury residential condominiums.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Garden Street Lofts is a century-old renovated warehouse with a modern zinc-clad addition resulting in Hoboken's only green, LEED Certified residence. The development consisted of the renovation and conversion of a five-story, 35,400 sq.ft. former coconut warehouse, originally constructed in 1911 into luxury residential condominiums. The seven-story condo project will house 30 new residences ranging in size from 1,000 to 2,250 sq. ft. and provide 8,150 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space.
