PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The building suffered significant vapor retention and water infiltration damage requiring the removal of the existing rusted metal roofing, underlayment deteriorated substrate. The reconstruction plan originally planned to reuse the same roof underlayment material, however, the roofing contractor, McPhillips Brother’s Paul Bollinger, convinced the owner to switch to SlopeShield.

Approximately 45,000 sq ft of SlopeShield was installed, ensuring vapor venting and drying, reducing the incidence of mold, mildew and rot and prolonging the life of the building.
