PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Approximately 35,000 square feet of WrapShield, the highest permeable air barrier in the industry, was used for this high-end condo tower in the heart of the up-and-coming neighborhood of Ballard in Seattle, Washington.

The success of this project was based on the need for on-time completion. Since WrapShield can sustain 9 months of UV and climate exposure during construction, it allowed interior work to begin sooner and ensured timely completion.

Other factors in selecting WrapShield is its durability and weather resistive properties as well as its suitability for high rise buildings.
